Hi folks. I'm Jonathan Firestone, a Product Manager, User Interface Designer and overall Web-Tech-Geek out of Northern Virginia. I love to create new things by paring up technology you never expected to work together. I love taking pictures of my daughter, who is my inspiration. The cameras I typically use are a Nikon D40, a relatively compact Olympus of some kind, and a Kodak Easyshare camera of some sort, and the occasional shot with my iPhone.
Don't worry -- my ultimate goal is to use my Nikon with some of the real sexy lenses I have laying around, but sometimes the opportunity just hasn't been there to pull out the big guns.
I'm still learning about how to take fantastic pictures but I'm hoping I'll get some help in the form of suggestions from other photographers here and elsewhere and that I can improve my craft.
