The Details
I want your work on my body.
One of my personal mantras is "I am a leaf in the river." I use it to remind myself that I'm not in control. (And no, it has nothing to do with the movie Firefly.) I've long wanted a tattoo on my right arm on this theme, but I lack the talent to draw such a thing. That's where you come in.
I'm inviting talented illustrators to design a work of art on that theme for use as a tattoo on my arm. It should be just a few colors, with sparing use of fades. Shoot for about 6 inches tall by up to 12 inches wide (it can go all the way around, but doesn't have to).
The Reward: $100
1 winner will get $100 in US dollars via PayPal.
I will paypal the winner $100 and email them a photo of their work on my arm upon completion.
Submission Guidelines:
- Maximum 3 illustration submissions per member.
- Images must be at least 1000 pixels wide/high.
- Illustrations can be hand-drawn or vector line art.
- File types allowed: JPG, GIF, or PNG.
The Publication
The publication, in this case, is my arm. It's a fine arm, over 34 years old and still going strong.
Your work will appear printed in ‘My Arm’.
